Shasta County Arts Council is proud to present “Costumes, Hats, and, Wigs” opening September first. This exhibit will focus on textiles and fiber arts as a form of artistic expression, from fine art to wearable art. Visit the Gallery from 5pm to 8pm for our opening reception complete with a jewelry pop-up show! Light refreshments and beverages will be available for purchase.
