The Tehama County Arts Council is searching for a Tehama County High School student who shines at memorization and giving a presentation of poetry to represent Tehama County in the National Poetry Out loud Arts Education Contest. The contest encourages the study of great poetry and a dynamic recitation competition for high school students across the country.
