North Valley Art League is happy to announce a two day workshop, "Beginning Pan Pastels" with Denise Granger Kerbs, April 26 and 27 from 9:00-4:00. Price is $200. Denise will instruct you in how to create amazing realistic paintings using pan pastels. If you need materials Denise will provide them for $25.00.
