Feel better and have fun! This class is ideal for beginning and intermediate students. Postures are practiced to promote body alignment, strength, and flexibility. A focus on breath allows students to come in and out of poses with ease. Students will gain confidence in their yoga journey through the repetition of simple poses. Standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers will all be utilized in order to discover a sense of relaxation and balance. Class cost is $40 for a four week month, $50 for a five week month, or $15 for a walk in class. Pleas bring a yoga mat, two bocks, and one strap.
