Expressive Drawing

  • Shasta County Arts Council 1313 Market Street Redding, CA, 96001 United States (map)

Introduction to "Expressive Drawing" using still life objects is a fun and exciting way to develop strong, expressive drawing skills. Open to every level of drawing skill from none to advanced and over 18 years old. The class will deal with why the search for accuracy is such a problematic block to gaining drawing skills. We will develop skills that will side step the "I can't draw syndrome." If you can sign your name, you certainly can draw. 4 meetings to start the journey to Expressive Drawing. Limited to 8 participants. Class will be held weekly until May 10th.

Class fee is $80.00, to be paid by cash or check at the start of the first session. Please contact instructor Jim Smyth with any questions or concerns at jsmyth@sonic.net or (530) 248 3559.
