Let’s explore the nature of ink on paper. Grind ink from the compressed stick that is an ancient Chinese form of black ink to the modern liquid color inks. Also try the ink made from the turmeric spice and learn the method to create your own ink.Use bamboo goat hair paint brushes and modern bristle brushes. All you need to bring is your explorer mindset, all materials included. $30

Class: Fiber Art | Painting w/Wool
This needle felting class will explore various tools for felting wool into fabric. Students will learn how to transfer a drawing onto fabric, blend wool roving into desired colors, felt with tools and embellish with ribbon, beads as desired.

Class: Blending with Mixed Media
A mixed media exploration class with a focus on blending effects using ink, watercolor and a variety of gel and paint pens. Images of plants and free form designs will be available to practice blending effects.
